Mary Byars, President Mary is a Morganfield native and a Murray State University graduate. Since opening the company, Mary has been committed to the company in every aspect from office management to safety. Outside of working at the office Mary is a life long member of the St. Ann Catholic Church in Morganfield, KY where she is still actively involved with Lecture readings and Adoration. Mary and Glenn are also the devoted parents of five successful children.

Glenn Byars, Vice-President Glenn is the Vice-President and Project Manager. A Madisonville native and Murray State University graduate, Glenn works on all aspects of the job from bidding to supervision. Marrying his college sweetheart Glenn worked for Island Creek Coal Company for 7 years. Glenn owned and operated Byars Construction for 14 years. He and his wife Mary started GBS Enterprises, Inc. in 1993 and have continued to see the company grow each year. Glenn is an authorized dealer for Duro-Last Roofing System, United Structures of America, Inc., and Versico, Inc. Roofing Systems. He is an active member of St. Ann Catholic Church,the Knights of Columbus and The American Legion. Glenn served in the United States Army. In his early years of service Glenn graduated with Honors from Ranger School at Ft. Benning, GA. He then went on to become a Commandants List Graduate in the Infantry Officer Basic Training. Glenn finished up his Army career in the Army Reserve as Training Officer, Company Commander, Maintenance/Motor Pool Officer, Logistics/Supply Officer, leaving in 1988 with the rank of Captain.
